Cancellation & Refunds

Shipping Policy

For all buyers, orders are shipped through registered courier companies. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Office Norms:

• Bella Homes LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Cancellation and Exchange Policy

Cancellations:

• You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order, please visit the “My Orders” section and initiate the cancellation process there.

Exchange & Returns:

• No Returns Accepted: Bella Homes LLP will not accept returns under any circumstances. However, we will accept exchanges for Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Products.

Exchange Process:

• If you receive a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide pictures and videos of the unboxing process and email them to bellahomesllp@gmail.com.
• Bella Homes will verify the complaint. If the complaint is genuine, we will initiate the replacement process.

Exchange Conditions:

• Notification Period: You must notify Bella Homes within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. If you fail to notify us within this period, we will not be liable for replacing the order.
• Product Condition: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Packaging Requirements: The product should be returned with all original tags, barcodes, labels, invoices, etc. The return package must be securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Replacement Process:

• Bella Homes will arrange the pick-up of the damaged or defective product via its logistics partner.
• Once we receive and verify the product, the replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours based on availability.
• Final Sale on Replacements: Products sent as replacements are considered final sale, and no further returns or exchanges will be allowed.

Refunds for Products Not Meeting Expected Decor:

• If the product doesn’t meet your expectations for decor or fit, we will issue a refund after deducting reverse logistics charges. The charges are:
  • 10% of MRP for products above INR 5,000.
  • INR 500 for products below INR 5,000.
• If the product is unavailable for replacement, you will be notified, and a refund will be considered.

Refund Timeframe:

• The refund will be processed once the product is received and verified. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to be credited, depending on the payment method.

Policy Modifications:

• Bella Homes LLP reserves the right to update or change any part of this Shipping, Cancellation, Exchange, and Return policy. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these updates regularly.
• Your continued use of or access to our website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
